Administrative Efficiency in the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Committee in Wera District, Bima Regency

The Secretariat of the Wera District General Election Committee (Panwascam) plays a vital role in supporting the administration of elections at the local level. However, classic obstacles such as complicated bureaucracy, limited human resources, and slow adoption of technology often hamper work efficiency. Objective: This study aims to analyze the level of administrative efficiency at the Wera Panwascam secretariat.References
