KOMERSIALISASI CIPTAAN FIKSI PENGGEMAR (FAN-FICTION) DALAM UNDANG-UNDANG HAK CIPTA INDONESIA

Fiksi penggemar merupakan bagian dari budaya populer. Dewasa ini, sangat mudah menemukan fiksi penggemar berbagai genre di dunia maya. Baik fiksi penggemar yang didasari oleh karya yang telah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, maupun fiksi penggemar orang nyata atau (Real Person Fiction) merupakan hal yang populer pada saat ini. Fiksi penggemar dalam semua jenis dan genre beredar sangat bebas di dunia maya sejak dulu. Namun kini, dapat ditemui juga fiksi penggemar yang dikomersilkan oleh penciptanya. Melihat fenomena ini, penulis menujukan tulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta melihat eksistensi dari fiksi penggemar dan bagaimana hukum mengatur mengenai komersialisasi dari fiksi penggemar ini.
