Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis keefektifan suatu peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia terkait Desain Tata Letak Sirkuit Terpadu terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normative menggunakan teknik wawancara dalam pengumpulan datanya. UU 32 tahun 2000 tentang Desain Tata Letak Sirkuit Terpadu sebagai instrumen hukum merupakan wujud atas terlibatnya Indonesia sebagai anggota WTO (World Trade Organization) yang kemudian melahirkan konsekuensi untuk harus membentuk aturan tersendiri mengenai hak kekayaan intelektual.
