Transformasi digital yang terjadi secara besar-besaran di sector perbankan memerlukan penyesuaian berbagai ketrampilan digital bagi karyawan bank. Topik ini belum banyak dibahas secara akademik. Sebagian besar peneliti memfokuskan penelitian transformasi digital di sector perbankan pada nasabahnya dan sedikit yang membahas efek transformasi digital karyawan bank, apalagi yang dihubungkan dengan produktivitas mereka. Kerangka konseptual yang disampaikan adalah kemampuan digital melalui pengalaman digital akan mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Model ini berasal dari Deloitte dan Boston Consulting Group. Hasil penelitian diharapkan akan memberikan penjelasan mengenai hubungan kemampuan digital, pengalaman digital dan produktivitas pada karyawan perbankan.Downloads
