Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan Peneliti Bahwa Sistem Kerja yang terorganisir dan kerja-kerja inovasi belum terlihat di Pemerintah Desa Kaleo Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh dari organisasi pembelajar, Inovasi terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Desa Kaleo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Kualitatif, Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data dengan observasi, wawancara. Sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak sederhana sejumlah 20 orang terdiri dari perangkat Desa, BPD dan Ketua RT yang ada di Desa Kaleo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa organisasi pembelajaran, dan inovasi belum begitu berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Kaleo Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima.
