Studi ini menganalisis tentang implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan banjir di kota Bekasi. Tujuan dari menganalisis ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan publik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota bekasi dalam mengatasi bencana banjir yang terjadi di setiap tahun. Implementasi kebijakan memiliki faktor-faktor yang dapat menghambat dan mendukung keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap birokrasi atau pelaksana dan struktur organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data dan informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif.
