Perlindungan Konsumen adalah segala upaya yang menjamin adanya kepastian hukum untuk memberi perlindungan kepada konsumen Perlindungan Konsumen merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah dan produsen atau provider hal ini ditujukan agar konsumen dapat menerima haknya dengan penuh Sesuai dengan informasi barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan ada adapun yang melatarbelakangi penulisan jurnal ini adalah tentang provider Telkomsel.
