Abstract

ABSTRACTKabuna Village literacy program aims to improve the ability to read, understand reading, writing, understand technology, counting and understand english language as an international language. Kabuna village literacy applied in the form of village library. The Kabuna village library established in 2017. Kabuna village library provides, library room, reading room, computer, study schedule, mathematic teacher, english teacher, and computer teacher. The activities carried out are reading, counting, english dialogue and typing. Operational cost af actifities are sourced from village fund.  The purpose of such activities are to increase human resource Kabuna Village as the frontline of the Indonesian nation in the Belu Regency area.Key words: Kabuna Village literacy programABSTRAKSIProgram literasi Desa Kabuna bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, memahami bacaan, menulis, memahami teknologi, berhitung dan menguasai bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa internasional. Literasi Desa Kabuna diaplikasikan dalam bentuk perpustakaan desa. Perpustakaan Desa Kabuna didirikan pada tahun 2017. Perpustakaan Desa Kabuna menyediakan buku bacaan, ruang perpustakaan, ruang baca, computer, jadwal belajar, guru pendamping bidang matematika, bahasa inggris dan ilmu computer. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membaca, berhitung, percakapan bahasa inggris, mengetik dan mengoperasikan computer. Biaya operasional kegiatan tersebut bersumber dari dana desa. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan sumber daya manusia Desa Kabuna sebagai garda terdepan Bangsa Indonesia di wilayah Kabupaten BeluKata kunci: Program literasi Desa Kabuna
