Permasalahan Dan Upaya Dalam Pengelolaan Aset Tanah Bumn (Studi Kasus PT PLN (Persero)

Abstract

PT PLN (persero) adalah perusahaan milik Negara, yang aset nya merupakan aset Negara. Aset PLN per 30 Juni tahun 2022 mencapai Rp. 1.639 triliun dan menempatkannya diposisi ketiga sebagai perusahaan dengan aset terbesar. Aset PLN banyak berupa tanah yang tujuan pembebasannya digunakan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan, yaitu pembangunan Pembangkit, Gardu Induk (GI) dan saluran transmisi SUTET/SUTT/SKTT dengan lokasi tersebar.  Kondisi aset PLN existing ada yang sudah memiliki legalitas dan pemanfaatan tanahnya sudah optimal, tetapi masih banyak juga yang tanahnya belum bersertipikat, belum dimanfaatkan, memiliki produktifitas rendah bahkan bermasalah, untuk itu diperlukan percepatan pembenahan aset terkait legalitas, pengamanan dan pemeliharaannya. Dengan pengelolaan aset yang baik bertujuan dapat meminimalisir permasalahan, meningkatkan nilai aset dan menyelamatkan aset negara.
