Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pentingnya penerapan prinsip ekonomi hijau sebagai pedoman pengaturan keuangan korporasi di Indonesia. Pengaturan mengenai pembiayaan perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip ekonomi hijau masih merupakan hal yang baru di Indonesia yang saat ini diatur dalam POJK No 51 Tahun 2017 dan POJK No 60 Tahun 2017, sehingga belum menyentuh banyak aspek dan perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Lebih lanjut, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaturan pembiayaan korporasi Indonesia yang saat ini didasarkan pada prinsip ekonomi hijau. Selanjutnya, artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis-normatif, yang menemukan perlunya mengembangkan regulasi terkait ekonomi hijau. Selain perlunya penyempurnaan regulasi, perlu juga diundangkan dan ditetapkan Taksonomi Hijau sebagai pedoman penyusunan regulasi.
