Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out in advance what actions will be taken after the child has gone through the punishment of the crime he committed and what trauma must be resolved for the child after going through the legal process. actors in traffic or legal relations in social and state life law enforcement is an attempt to realize the ideas and legal concepts that the people expect to become a reality, law enforcement is also a process that involves many things. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih awal tindakan apa yang akan diambil setelah anak melalui hukuman tindak pidana yang dia lakukan dan trauma apa yang harus diselesaikan pada anak setelah melalui proses hukumnya Penegakan hukum adalah proses dilakukanya upaya tegaknya atau berfungsi norma norma hukum secara nyata sebagai pedoman pelaku dalam lalu lintas atau hubungan hubungan hukum dalam kehidupan bermasyarakaat dan bernegara penegakan hukum merupakan usaha untuk mewujudkan ide ide dan konsep konsep hukum yg diharapkan rakyat menjadi kenyataan, penegakan hukum juga merupakan suatu proses yang melibatkan banyak hal.
