Abstract

Berdasarkan teori perkembangan karir, peneliti melakukan proses adaptasi lintas budaya secara psikometris pada alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–Short Form yang disusun oleh Maggiori, Rosier, dan Savickas pada dewasa awal ke dalam budaya Indonesia. Metode validasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis faktor dengan Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Hasil dari analisis  menghasilkan ada empat faktor yang terbukti mampu mengukur adaptabilitas karir dewasa awal di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–Short Form sudah fit berdasarkan standar Goodness of Fit Indices.  Matriks loading factor digunakan untuk melihat korelasi antara indikator dengan konstruk latennya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–Short Form memiliki validitas yang dapat diterima secara psikometris dengan reliabilitas alpha cronbach sebesar α=0,82.
