Pengaruh Hard Skill Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hard skill terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ssampel penelitian ini sebanyak 41 yang bekerja pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi serta wawancara secara langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Adapun hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hard skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kota Palopo. Artinya semakin baik hard skill yang dimiliki oleh karyawan maka kinerjanya pun akan semakin baik dan begitu pula sebaliknya jika hard skill rendah maka kinerja karyawan menurun.Published
