Abstract

        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self compassion terhadap kecemasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif, yakni adanya pengumpulan data, kemudian interpretasi terhadap data statistik yang dihasilkan dan akhirnya publikasi hasil. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi hubungan yang diharapkan antara variabel, dengan mempertimbangkan penelitian sebelumnya : bahwa self-compassion mempunyai korelasi negatif dengan kecemasan dan depresi.
