Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berupa studi pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang mengancam tingginya angka putus sekolah di Indonesia dan menganalisis dampak yang timbul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kondisi ekonomi, pernikahan dini, kurangnya motivasi, dan perundungan memainkan peran krusial dalam tingginya angka putus sekolah. Dampaknya mencakup kemiskinan, kesenjangan sosial, dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia berkualitas.
