Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas peserta pelatihan Mekanik Alat Berat (MAB) dan merancang Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk kelanjutan bisnis Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) PT. IMPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of Quality (HOQ) untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelanggan dan respons teknis, serta metode Service Quality (Servqual), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan gap 5 untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan perbaikan kualitas pelatihan. Metode survei digunakan untuk memperoleh masukan perbaikan dari para stakeholders. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup prioritas perbaikan dari HOQ, nilai preposisi pada BMC, hasil Servqual dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan berdasarkan gap 5, dan hasil survei dari stakeholders. Perbaikan pada metode HOQ mencakup penerimaan peserta perempuan, perluasan jaringan rekanan di industri alat berat, perluasan bidang usaha dengan man power supply untuk MAB, pelatihan dasar operator alat berat, dan video praktikum untuk setiap unit
