This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model on the performance of mathematics teachers in Senior High Schools (SMA) in North Lombok Regency. The CIPP model is used to evaluate various aspects of teacher performance, starting from the learning context, available input, the learning process implemented, to the products or results achieved. This research provides a comprehensive picture of the strengths and weaknesses of implementing the CIPP model in improving the quality of mathematics teaching.Downloads
