https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6569
This research aims to determine the effect of tax planning and tax avoidance on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) both partially and simultaneously. Tax planning in this research is measured by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), and profitability is measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM) as an independent variable. Company value is measured by Book Value Per Share (BVS) as the dependent variable. The population used was 20 mining companies. The sample in this research was selected using descriptive methods and 4 companies were obtained as research objects in the 2018 - 2022 period so that the total sample was 25 samples. This type of research uses an analytical approach. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative data analysis using SPSS 24 statistical software. The analysis methods used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the significant value of tax planning is 0.80 > 0.05, so partially the tax planning variable (ETR) has no effect on the value of mining companies (BVS) listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.Kristina KristinaAbdillah AbdillahSyamsul Bahri

https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6575

This research aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at PT. EKK in Bekasi city. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method using SPSS techniques. The sample taken in this research was a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled, namely 110 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the strong influence of training (X) on employee performance (Y) with a regression of Y = 7.352 + 0.815X, the regression coefficient number is 0.815, which means that training has a positive effect of 0.815. The coefficient of determination value is 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (8.746 > 1.980), this is reinforced by the probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between training and employee performance at PT. EKK. Companies should always pay attention and provide opportunities for employees to take part in training, so that employee competency can be maintained or improved and will support employee performance.
Fauzobihi FauzobihiRiska MeidianitaYanto Lesmana

https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6576

Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise due to the performance of health services obtained after comparing the patient with what he feels. This research was conducted at the Hermina Bekasi Hospital because at this institution no research had been conducted on the quality of pharmaceutical services on outpatient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between service quality variables and patient satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0, the value of the influence of Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 16,725 + 0.721X. The constant value (a) is = 16,725 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.721. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no quality of service, then patient satisfaction will be worth 16,725 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the service quality variable, it will affect the increase in patient satisfaction by 0.721. Based on the calculations obtained, tcount is 13.092 > t table 1.984, it can be concluded that is rejected and is accepted because t count is greater than t table. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction.
Fauzobihi FauzobihiHety SutiyasihJunengsih Junengsih

https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6579

In Indonesia, matters related to how work is carried out always begin with an agreement between the employer and the recipient of the work through a written or verbal work agreement. An employment agreement is made to determine the boundaries between what are the rights and obligations of the employee and what are the rights and obligations of the employer (employer). Meanwhile, if in carrying out work that has been mutually agreed upon in a written agreement, one of the parties violates or behaves outside of what has been agreed upon and harms one of the parties or violates the provisions of the law, then the work agreement can be canceled and the rights and obligations of the parties must be resolved through a dispute resolution mechanism by referring to the applicable laws. Of course, the work agreement text that has been mutually agreed between the employer and the recipient of the work is also an important document for resolving disputes between the parties. Since the promulgation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, especially the regulations contained in Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning "Specified Time Work Agreements, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations," there have been many changes in implementation. specific time work agreement (PKWT). This will of course affect the performance of workers whose work status is as PKWT workers. The impact that arises for PKWT workers on their work performance can be positive or negative. This change in the implementation of the PKWT is certainly a very important thing, because if it is not controlled properly it will result in an automatic change in the status of workers from having the status of a fixed-term work agreement to an indefinite-term work agreement, as well as the rights and obligations obtained by workers. will change.
Fauzobihi FauzobihiBonaventura LametM. https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6580
PT Wahyu Abadi is a company operating in the manufacturing industry specializing in printing and packaging. The company seeks to push the printing and packaging industry to new levels of innovation. This company provides business solutions in the fields of printing, packaging, digital and supply chain. PT Wahyu Abadi was chosen as the research location, which is located on Jl. Angsana Raya Blok L1 No 17, Delta Silicon 1 Industrial Area, Lippo Cikarang Bekasi, Indonesia. The analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0 found that the value of the influence of Internal Communication (X) on Employee Performance (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 55.517 + 0.151X. The constant value (a) is = 55.517 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.151. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no internal communication, the employee's performance will be worth 55,517 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the internal communication variable, it will be affected by an increase in employee performance by 0.515. Thus the t table: if the error level α = 5% (0.05%) and the two-sided test df = n – 2 (33 – 2 = 31), then the t table value is 2.040 and based on the calculation above the t count is obtained equal to 0.742 < t table 2.040, then it can be concluded that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected because the calculated t is smaller than the t table. Thus it can be concluded that internal communication variables do not influence employee performance variables at PT Wahyu AbadiFauzobihi FauzobihiIndina TarziyahPartimah Partimah

The main problem of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah is the non-physical work environment, such as work relationships between leaders and subordinates as well as work relations between fellow employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between environmental variables and productivity variables. In the t test, the value of t < t table is obtained (1.026 < 2.021). Regarding the partial correlation analysis, there is no influence of the work environment on work productivity, so Ho is accepted. From the results of the analysis, an R of 0.160 was obtained, which shows that there is no strong relationship between the environment and productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination show an R squared figure of 0.160 or 0.026%, which means that work environment variables influence work productivity by 0.026% while 0.074% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6586

Human life feels increasingly difficult every day because of the competition in life. Humans always feel dissatisfied with what they have achieved when they see and compare their own achievements with those of others. A person's standard of happiness is measured by his success in facing life's competition, resulting in reasonableness in managing emotions. As a result, a person will experience mental disorders such as anxiety, overthinking, and depression and even prolonged stress. This research aims to examine how the philosophy of stoicism can help humans face the competition of life by looking at a person's ability to achieve happiness. The research method is a literature study with a descriptive analytical approach. The analysis technique is carried out through literature studies selected based on research into various journals, books and other literature sources. This psychological problem will involve the philosophy of Stoicism which teaches emotional processing about how a person places the standard of happiness under his own control and keeps his mind calm without caring about bad things that will happen. Stoicism teaches not to focus on other people's standards or targets, but to focus on oneself.
Syukriyya Zuhrotul Endang Purwaningsih

This article discusses the history of the birth of the secular Islamic State of Turkey and the ideas of reform carried out by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in various fields and its transformation into a modern, secular state. The method used in this research is a literature review using a qualitative approach. The analysis used to analyze the data is content analysis. The research results show that Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was one of the qualified Islamic reformers of the 19th century. He has made a major contribution to changing the mindset of Turkish society. By changing the old order that had become a tradition in the Ottoman Empire, and forming it into a new face with a style of thinking that actually did not change "Islam" but only changed the mindset and order of life of Muslims to adapt to the demands of the times. Islamic values were formed, a caliphate, a republic and even a secular one. Even though symbols are also important, what is more important is that the people are able to convey the substance of Islam in every movement of their people's lives. His ideas have brought Turkey to become a developed country that is on par with the international world as well as proving that Islamic government is a government that is in line with the demands of the times.

Ismail HannanongMurniati MurniatiHasaruddin HasaruddinSyamzan Syukur

https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6685

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which material criminal law was applied in the panel of judges' consideration of elements of unlawful acts in cases of criminal acts of corruption where the defendant was a debtor who had defaulted (bad credit) on his loan installments. Knowing the extent to which judges provide legal considerations using the lex specialist derogate generaly principle approach, as well as the existence of contradictions between Constitutional Court Decision Number 003/PUU-IV/2006 in the criminal justice practice order. The results of this research show that judges still apply unlawfulness in a positive function first without conducting an in-depth study and truly exploring whether the act is indeed an act that is considered evil and reprehensible to the wider community. Judges, in looking at the unlawful nature of material law, must consider the unlawful nature of the law in its negative function, not only in its positive function, so that actions carried out, even though they meet the formulation of an offense but do not violate negative material law, can be used as a justification that does not harm the state, does not benefit themselves, other people and corporations and the perpetrator's legal obligations are not subject to punishment.
Frengki UloliRafika NurAsdar Arti

The importance of the function of elections, especially for changes in the country, is an important basis for many institutions to provide standards for democratic elections. This standard is important because it can be used as a benchmark for the success of the election itself. However, the most important thing of all is that elections must be able to provide guarantees of democratic legitimacy. To achieve this, transparency, accountability, credibility and integrity are needed in the implementation of the election itself so that people trust and believe in the election itself. Until now, effective election supervision is believed to be an instrument capable of providing guarantees for the implementation of democratic elections. This type of research is Sociological Juridical research and the approaches used by researchers in compiling this research are, among others: Statute Approach; case approach (case approach); and Comparative Approach. The results of this research show that in carrying out the supervision stages, Bawaslu has carried out outreach with all ASNs, signed MoU agreements and met with every OPD in every sub-district and neighborhood in Gorontalo City. However, every time the Bawaslu General Election is held, Bawaslu still receives reports of alleged violations from the public that ASN has violated the relevant regulations regarding ASN Neutrality which results in tarnishing democracy in terms of ASN neutrality, this arises because of the existence of inhibiting and supporting factors which can measure how far the success of their role is. owned by Bawaslu in upholding the principle of ASN Neutrality in the 2024 General Election.Ikbal ArbieAsdar ArtiKingdom Makkulawuzar

https://ejournal.mandalanursa.org/index.php/JISIP/article/view/6699

The issue of fulfilling children's rights after divorce has become an important study of researchers in the field of Islamic law over the past five years. The issues of fulfilling children's rights after divorce have become a serious problem, where children's rights are often overlooked, especially with regard to basic rights. In this study, there are 2 (two) problem formulations that are the focus of this research. First, the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce based on decision No. 3118/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Jbg, Second, the efforts that must be taken by the mother if the decision on children's rights after divorce is not fulfilled by the ex-husband (father). research and discussion that has been analyzed. In this case, it does not fully reach the target, the mother is fully trying alone to fulfill the rights of the child where the ex-husband (father) should have played a role but did not maximally carry it out as stated in the decision. Then the legal consequences for the ex-husband who does not carry out his obligations in fulfilling child maintenance, the mother can submit a child maintenance lawsuit to the Chairman of the Religious Court for further execution. Because the law itself does not regulate the existence of legal sanctions against decisions that have been condemned when not implemented. So that it becomes an obstacle for the mother not to submit a request for execution for several reasons: the former husband (father) remarried, the mother is able to finance child maintenance independently and lack of knowledge about the law.
Muhammad Zainul MaghfuriHabibi Al-Amin

The Constitutional Court on November 25 2021 in its decision stated that Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation must be declared conditionally unconstitutional. The government then made improvements through Government Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation which was then promulgated with Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law. In principle, the existence of law is to create order and order in society, this is in direct contrast to the process of drafting the Job Creation Law which was filled with various criticisms and efforts to prevent the a quo Law from being passed by the Government and the House of Representatives. Sociology of Law views that society must have access to justice. Law refers to a rule of life that is in accordance with the ideals of living together, namely justice. An order in which only the public interest takes priority, namely the participation of everyone in the idea of justice will be achieved perfectly.

Suheflihusnaini AshadyAryadi Almau Dudy
