Model Integrasi Nilai Lokal dalam Pendidikan Digital pada Sekolah Menengah untuk Meningkatkan SDM Unggul
Abstract
Educational transformation in the digital era presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly related to strengthening student competencies without neglecting local values. This phenomenon demonstrates a gap between digital technology mastery and the internalization of cultural values, which has the potential to weaken the character of the younger generation. This study aims to develop and analyze a model for integrating local values into digital education in secondary schools to improve the quality of superior human resources (HR) who are not only technologically competent but also possess character and cultural identity. This study used a mixed methods approach with a Research and Development (R&D) design, which included needs analysis, model design, development, testing, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the developed integration model was able to internalize local values into digital learning by strengthening culture-based content, methods, and evaluation. Effectiveness testing demonstrated significant improvements in students' digital competency, character, and cultural awareness. Thus, this model has proven effective in developing superior HR who are adaptive to technological developments while possessing a strong local identity. This research has implications for the development of educational policies and practices that integrate technology and cultural values.
