Penelitian dengan judul Hubungan Iklim Kerja dan Komitmen Kerja Dengan Kinerja Guru Pendidikan IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Konawe ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Konawe; hubungan antara komitemen dengan kinerja guru Pendidikan Sosial SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Konawe.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan IPS di SMA Negeri di Konawe. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim kerja dengan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru Pendidikan Sosial, baik secara individu maupun kolektif
