Abstract

Dalam menyelesaikan sengketa kepegawaian ada dua jalur yang bisa dilakukan, yakni melalui Upaya Administrasi dan melalui peradilan. Namun upaya administrasi kurang dapat menyelesaikan masalah kepegawaian di Indonesia. Dengan demikian maka  perlu dilakukan kajian yang mendalam agar ditemukan cara yang paling efektif dalam penyelesaian sengketa kepegawaian yang memberikan kepastian hukum kepada para pihak yang bersengketa.
