Evaluasi Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Kompetensi Abad 21 Dalam Mempersiapkan SDM Era Industri 5.0 di Perguruan Tinggi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi abad 21 di perguruan tinggi dalam rangka mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia menghadapi Era Industri 5.0. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan pimpinan program studi sebagai subjek penelitian yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, serta analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik kualitatif yang diperkuat statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan institusi telah selaras dengan tuntutan kompetensi abad 21, namun internalisasi dan penerapannya pada tingkat kelas belum berlangsung secara merata. Infrastruktur digital dan dukungan akademik sebenarnya telah tersedia, tetapi kapasitas pedagogik digital dosen masih bervariasi. Pembelajaran berbasis kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan pemecahan masalah mulai diterapkan, namun belum konsisten di seluruh mata kuliah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi abad 21 memerlukan peningkatan kapasitas dosen, penerapan asesmen autentik, konsistensi pembelajaran aktif, serta kemitraan strategis antara perguruan tinggi dan industri.
