Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Ilmiah Mandala Education (JIME) must comply with the journal's Focus and Scope, Author Guidelines, and publication ethics requirements.
Initial Editorial Screening
Upon submission, the editorial team conducts an initial assessment to evaluate:

Relevance to the journal's focus and scope.

Compliance with submission guidelines.

Originality and scientific contribution.

Completeness of manuscript components.
Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected before entering the peer-review process.
Plagiarism Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin software.
Manuscripts with indications of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of academic misconduct will be rejected immediately and may be subject to further editorial action.
Double-Blind Peer Review
JIME applies a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process.
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

Originality and novelty.

Scientific quality and methodology.

Relevance to the journal's scope.

Clarity of presentation.

Validity of conclusions.

Adequacy of references and literature review.
Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations to assist authors in improving their manuscripts.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers' recommendations, the Editor may issue one of the following decisions:

Accept Submission

Minor Revisions Required

Major Revisions Required

Reject Submission
Authors receiving revision requests are expected to submit a revised manuscript along with a response to reviewers' comments within the specified timeframe.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers' reports, editorial evaluation, and compliance with the journal's policies.
Production and Publication
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, and final publication.
The order of publication is determined by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration:

Date of acceptance.

Editorial scheduling.

Thematic relevance.

Geographical diversity of authors.
Throughout the review process, editors and reviewers maintain strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts and associated information.
