Evaluasi Program Uji Kompetensi Pemesinan Berbasis Literasi Keilmuan Terapan Pada Program Studi Mekanik Pemesinan SMK
Abstract
Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi program uji kompetensi di SMK bidang pemesinan menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi model evaluasi CSE-UCLA dan Assesment Evaluability And Performance Monitoring bagi penguatan literarsi keilmuan terapan pada program uji kompetensi yang menyangkut dan menyasar banyak hal di dalam program, terdapat dimensi/indikator System Assesment, Program perencanaan/planning, Program penerapan/implementation, Program peningkatan/improvment, Program monitoring kinerja/performance monitoring, Sertifikasi/certification.wawancara dilakukan kepada tiga guru bidang pemesinan, satu ketua program pemesinan,dan ketua bengkel pemesinan. Hasil wawancara terhadap jawaban pertanyaan setiap sub indikator/elemen pada indikator/dimensi proses diperoleh gambaran untuk mencukupi regulasi uji kompetensi pada indikator assessment dan perencanaan, penerapan secara teknis dilakukan kerja sama dengan lembaga sertifikasi uji kompetensi dan industri. Peningkatan/improvment materi uji kompetensi pemahaman keilmuan terapan oleh setiap guru bidang studi, materi uji kompetensi teknis perintah kerja prosedural, monitoring kinerja belum dilakukan secara optimum terkait output/lulusan dan outcome jangka pendek, sertifikasi terfokus pada prosedur yang diperintahkan terkait yang tertera pada petunjuk pengoperasian teknis.
