Pengaruh Latihan Box Drill Dan Jump Drill Terhadap Kelincahan Dan Kecepatan

Abstract


Latihan merupakan suatu proses yang sistematis dari berlatih atau bekerja yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang, semakin hari, semakin bertambah beban latihan atau pekerjaannya. Tehnik kelincahan dan kecepatan merupakan teknik latihan yang digunakan oleh atlet semua jenis olahraga. Untuk mengembangkan kelincahan dan kecepatan maka diperlukan latihan Box Drill dan Jump Drill. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan  box drill terhadap kelincahan; (2) pengaruh latihan box drill terhadap kecepatan; (3) pengaruh latihan  jump drill terhadap kelincahan; (4) pengaruh latihan jump drill terhadap kecepatan; (5) perbedaan pengaruh latihan  box drill dan jump drill terhadap kelincahan; (6) perbedaan pengaruh latihan  box drill dan jump drill terhadap kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching-only design, dan analisis data menggunakan Anova. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan T-test untuk kelincahan tes lari 30 meter untuk kecepatan pada saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa nilai T-hitung antara pretest dan posttest dari masing-masing kelompok yaitu: (1) Kelompok eksperimen I untuk kelincahan 15,389 dan kecepatan 11,665 (2) Kelompok eksperimen II untuk kelincahan 15,353dan kecepatan 9,737 (3) Kelompok kontrol untuk kelincahan 7,860 dan kecepatan 6,113. Berdasarkan analisa di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kelincahan dan kecepatan untuk masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberi latihan  box drill dan jump drill dilihat dari hasil uji-t. Selain itu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh melalui uji Anova, dimana latihan jump drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dari latihan box drill dalam meningkatkan kelincahan dan kecepatan.
