PENGARUH WORK FROM HOME, MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisia pengaruh work from home, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 180 responden pada sektor publik yang merupakan pegawai Kanwil DJPb Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan KPPN Jakarta I sampai dengan KPPN Jakarta VII. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form yang dikirimkan ke setiap responden, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling. Penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif variabel-variabel work from home, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian variabel work from home, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji efek mediasi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh mediasi variabel kepuasan kerja pada hubungan variabel-variabel work from home, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai
