Literasi Kesehatan: Kebijakan Kepala Sekolah, dan Pendidikan Jasmani

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam mendukung literasi kesehatan dan program literasi kesehatan dalam pendidikan jasmani sekolah dasar. Aspek yang digali adalah kebijakan dukungan peraturan, kebijakan dukungan fasilitas, dan kebijakan dukungan dana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah dasar di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel adalah 107 sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan berupa surat keputusan, surat edaran, dan instruksi. Sekolah melibatkan berbagai unsur masyarakat sekolah yaitu Kepala Sekolah,  guru, karyawan, peserta didik, Komite Sekolah, dan Wali Murid. Penggunakan dana anggaran dari biaya operasional sekolah  dan memasukkan ke dalam Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Sekolah. Pengadaan fasilitas dilakukan dengan memberikan sarana yang memadahi bagi masyarakat sekolah. Peran komite dalam menyiapkan sumber daya berupa penunjang penerapan kegiatan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah. Temuan selanjutnya adalah literasi kesehatan belum masuk ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran terutama pada materi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani.

This study aims to describe the principal's policies in supporting health literacy and health literacy program in physical education. Aspects explored are policy in regulations, policy for facility support, and policy for financial support. The population in this study were elementary schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The number of samples was 107 elementary schools. The results of the study show that policies were in the form of decrees, circulars, and instructions. The school involves various elements of the school community, namely the principal, teachers, employees, students, school committees, and guardians of students. Use budget funds from school operational costs and include them in the School Budget Activity Plan. Procurement of facilities is carried out by providing adequate facilities for the school community. The role of the committee in preparing resources in the form of supporting the implementation of coordination activities with the school. The next finding is that health literacy has not been included in the learning curriculum, especially in physical education learning materials.
