Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan aspek pokok yang harus dikembangkan sebagai karakter wajib mahasiswa kependidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan berbagai strategi agar dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan para mahasiswa. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diyakini sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mengembangkam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan kepemimpinan yang dimaknai mampu berkembang berdasarkan pengalaman mahasiswa mengikuti pembelajaran proyek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian fenomenologi. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan kepemimpinan yang dapat dirasakan oleh mahasiswa sebagai hasil keikutsertaan mereka dalam pembelajaran proyek adalah keterampilan merencanakan, keterampilan berkomunikasi yang efektif, keterampilan mengatur waktu, keterampilan literasi, keterampilan networking, keterampilan mengambil keputusan, dan melakukan refleksi.
