Archiving Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah Mandala Education (JIME) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.

Digital Preservation

All articles published in JIME are permanently available through the journal website and managed using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

The publisher performs regular backups of the journal database, article files, and website content to prevent data loss caused by technical failures, system errors, accidental deletion, or security incidents.

Backup files are stored securely and may be used to restore journal content whenever necessary.

Permanent Access

JIME is committed to maintaining continuous access to all published articles. Published content remains freely accessible online without time limitations.

DOI and Metadata Preservation

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure persistent identification and citation.

Article metadata, including titles, abstracts, keywords, author information, references, and DOI records, are preserved within the journal management system to support indexing services and long-term discoverability.

Platform Maintenance and Migration

In the event of software upgrades, server migration, website redesign, or changes in hosting infrastructure, the publisher will take reasonable measures to preserve and transfer all journal content, metadata, and associated files to ensure uninterrupted access.

Archival Integrity

JIME is committed to preserving the authenticity, integrity, and permanence of the scholarly record. Any corrections, updates, retractions, or withdrawals will be clearly documented and linked to the original publication.

Through these preservation practices, JIME seeks to ensure that all published research remains accessible and usable for future generations of researchers, educators, practitioners, and the public.
